To make changes to your personal information:
- From your Dashboard, tap View My Profile located at the top-right hand of your screen.
- Tap Personal.
- To add a MyIBP profile picture or change your current profile picture, tap Upload below your profile picture.
You will be asked to allow MyIBP to access your device camera or photo library. Tap Allow. - Set your gender, select your civil status, and enter your place of birth.
Note: Your date of birth is not editable since this is used to verify your identity. If you wish to report this as erroneous, please bear with us as we work on a change request feature available to you in MyIBP soon.
- If you wish to set your personal information public, tap toggle button on the right-hand side of the field/s to set to public.
- Once you’re done updating, tap Save at the top-right hand of your screen.
