How do I change my password?

If you are already signed in and you know your password, you can change it:

1. From your Dashboard, tap View My Profile located at the top-right hand of your screen.
2. Tap Change Password.
3. Enter your current and new password.
4. Tap Submit.

If you are already signed in but you forgot your password, you'll need to to sign out and reset it.

Step 1. Sign out of MyIBP

1. From your Dashboard, tap View My Profile located at the top-right hand of your screen.
2. Tap Sign Out.
3. Enter your current and new password.
4. Tap Yes in the confirmation message.
