Make sure you have MyIBP installed in your device. If you haven’t yet, then please follow the steps outlined here.
Step 1. Register from MyIBP app
- Launch MyIBP app.
You will be presented with onboarding screens showing you some of the highlights and benefits of MyIBP. You can tap Skip and proceed to step 2, or swipe left/tap Continue until the 3rd screen. - Tap Register.
INFO: Before you can proceed to the Registration screen, you will be asked to allow MyIBP to send you notifications. We encourage you to tap Allow so you can receive important alerts. We promise that you will only receive notifications relevant to you. - Provide true and correct information to all the required fields.
IMPORTANT: The information you submit will be cross-referenced and verified with IBP records.
Make sure that you double-check the email you typed. Ensure that the domain (like @gmail) and extension (like .com) are correct. If you entered an incorrect email, then you won’t receive the verification link. If this happens, please Submit a Ticket so we can assist you. - Tap Register.
- You are presented with IBP’s Terms of Use. Make sure you have read and agree to these terms. Scroll to the bottom to enable and tap Agree.
- An alert message is presented to you informing you that you need to verify your email address and set your password for your myIBP account.
Tap Ok.
Step 2. Verify your email
- Go to your inbox and open the welcome email from MyIBP.
- From the email, tap Set Password.
IMPORTANT: For security purposes, this Set Password expires after 24 hours. Should you fail to set your password within this timeframe, please follow the steps to Reset your password. - You will be redirected to admin.myibp.ph where you can set your password.
The password you set must be at least 4 characters in length. You are strongly advised to consider setting a strong password, following the Password Strength meter.
Step 3. Sign in
- Launch MyIBP app.
- On the Sign In screen, enter your Roll Number and Password.
- Tap Sign in.
